This toolkit provides an overview of the change management process. Created and assembled by The Bridgespan Group, it is designed tosupport CbD teams as they establish the governance and meeting cadence for the planning year. The included memo summarizes key lessons learned from experience leading large-scale change management initiatives in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. The author suggests this memo be shared with the college president, as well as the presidents of any other colleges within the partnership.
