Description

This report follows a nationally representative cohort of students for twelve years, from eighth grade through eight years after their expected high school graduation. The author examines the impact of various factors (attendance, timing of credits earned) and highlights the benchmark predictors of success in earning a bachelor’s degree. While an earlier, similar report examined factors that impact college access, this study focuses on successful postsecondary degree completion.
